Marmore is run by one person, not a company. Everything below is written plainly so you know who you are buying from and what you are buying.

Who we are

MARMORE is a catalog of STL files for CNC. You can contact us on WhatsApp: wa.me/393514852659.

What you are buying

Digital files — 3D relief models ready to mill. Nothing is shipped physically. You mill the stone yourself, on your own machine, under your own responsibility.

Authorship

Every model in the catalog was modelled by me. The devotions themselves are public domain; the modelling is my own work and is protected as such.

License

One workshop. You may mill and sell as many pieces as you want from the model, with no time limit. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, nor pass them to another workshop.

Payment and tax

Payhip is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and issues the invoice. Card details never reach me.

Refunds

Digital content: once you download the file the right of withdrawal is waived. If a file is broken, unusable or not millable as described, tell me and I fix it or refund it. On-demand work: full refund if you reject the first draft; once you approve it, it is not refundable.

Data we collect

When you buy a model, payment and billing are handled entirely by Payhip, our payments provider (Merchant of Record). We don't store or see your card details. Payhip processes your name, email, and billing information under its own privacy policy: payhip.com/privacy. If you message us on WhatsApp, we'll only use your number to reply to you.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. As a consumer you keep the right to claim before the courts of your own place of residence.

Cookies

The site may use essential technical cookies needed for it to work. We don't do advertising profiling.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
